Can Saatci brings a diverse culinary background in fine dining and high-end catering to MGCE. Born and raised in Istanbul, Can earned an MBA in Gastronomy & Culinary Arts. Can later moved to NYC to work for renowned chefs such as Missy Robbins, Ayesha Nurdjaja and Hillary Sterling. Before joining MGCE, Can helped open and run a new vegan restaurant in Brooklyn, where he developed a versatile and innovative menu that attracted clients from all dietary backgrounds. Can currently resides in Brooklyn and enjoys trying new restaurants with his wife and exploring the city.
